Are there hidden charges for raw files or equipment?
No. All equipment and raw files are included in the hourly rate.
Do you provide an engineer, or do I run the equipment?
Multi-cam video and Cinematic flagship sessions include a dedicated A/V engineer who manages levels, cameras and recording. Audio / Dry hire is for crews who run the session themselves.
How does parking work at the Adyar studio?
Parking details and directions are sent with your booking confirmation, so you know exactly where to go before you arrive.
How quickly do I get edited episodes?
Edited, colour-graded and mastered episodes are delivered in 24–48 hours on the Cinematic flagship package.
What if I need to reschedule?
You get one free reschedule when you tell us in writing at least 48 hours before your session. Inside that window a ₹1,000 fee applies.
How do I secure a slot?
Send a request or message us on WhatsApp. Once we confirm availability, a 50% advance by UPI or payment link holds the slot for you.
